We are seeking a CRNA to join a dynamic anesthesiology group, within a medically supervised practice that promotes CRNA autonomy;
Level II trauma center;

Essential Functions
- Practices current principles and practices of anesthesiology.
- Maintains effective work relationship with anesthesiologist (supervisor).
- Communicates and cooperates to adequately staff the anesthesia department.
- Provides sound practices and safe therapeutic care.
- Promotes safe working conditions for patient and self.
- Demonstrates initiative for self development.
- Accepts responsibility of tasks not delineated in job description.
Required Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skills Abilities
- Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to maintain quality control standards.
- Skill in taking medical history to assess medical conditions and interpret findings.
Requirements
- Certificate as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesia.
- Current Missouri Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 120 days
- Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 180 days
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 120 days.
Positions Available:
Day Shift
- Opportunity to practice a wide variety of anesthetics and procedures including spinal, regional techniques, arterial lines, and central lines;
- Cases include general, ortho, ENT, GU, OB/GYN, podiatry, robotics, GI and healthy PEDs;
- Appealing day shift schedule: 6-week rotation (3 weeks of 10s, 3 weeks of 12s) with 1 weekend in each 6-week rotation
Competitive Salary
$80,000 Sign-on bonus/education stipend
