.Job/Assignment Details: Need 2 CRNAs Mon-Fri ongoing for 8 or 12 hour shifts

 

Reason for Coverage:  CRNAs will be providing services for eye patients. Sporadic dates to start. 

Setting: (inpatient/outpatient/mix)  inpatient

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Length of assignment & Minimum Shifts Required Per Month: 8 hour shifts, M-F

Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Board certification required: (Yes/No).  Yes

Staffing Model:  6MDs  24.1 CRNAs  2FT Administrator (PT/FT)

Rates: 285/per hour  - Bill rate
