Join a highly collaborative anesthesia team practicing across two complementary sites-a high-acuity Level I trauma center and a community-focused hospital-just 20 minutes apart. This role offers clinical variety, autonomy, and flexibility, with the ability to tailor your schedule and case mix to fit your lifestyle and interests.   • Delray (Level I Trauma Center): high-acuity cases including open heart, structural heart, thoracic, vascular, neuro spine, robotics, and complex endo/IR

Qualifications

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Eligible for or active Florida CRNA licensure
  • New graduates welcome; experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable practicing in an autonomous, team-based environment
  • Interest in a mixed-acuity practice model across two facilities
