Diverse case mix across two sites
Delray (Level I Trauma Center): high-acuity cases including open heart, structural heart, thoracic, vascular, neuro spine, robotics, and complex endo/IR
West Boca (Community Site): lower-acuity cases with ortho, GYN, general, ENT, plastics, peds, and OB

Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Eligible for or active Florida CRNA licensure
- New graduates welcome; experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply
- Comfortable practicing in an autonomous, team-based environment
- Interest in a mixed-acuity practice model across two facilities
