Responsibilities
Deliver anesthesia care to patients per current protocols and standards.
Monitor patient status intra- and post-operatively, adjusting anesthesia as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of anesthesia administration and patient responses.
Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to optimize perioperative workflows.
Adhere to regulatory, safety, and ethical standards; participate in quality improvement initiatives.
On-site presence with accountability for own cases and outcomes in a high-visibility environment.
Provide preoperative assessments to identify risk factors and optimize anesthesia plan.
Engage in ongoing professional development; participate in target-driven performance reviews.
Utilize data and pipelines to forecast case flow and staffing needs.
Educate patients and families about anesthesia procedures, risks, and recovery expectations.
Lead or participate in case debriefs to capture learnings and drive improvements.
Support staff development and mentoring of junior team members when applicable.
Experience/Qualifications
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with current licensure in the applicable state.
Provide anesthesia care per current protocols; demonstrate robust intra- and post-operative monitoring.

Adhere to regulatory, safety, and ethical standards; engage in quality improvement.
