CRNA team covers 9 ORs across general, ortho, OB/GYN, plastics, and robotics cases (no hearts/heads).

Location: Huntersville Medical Center — a 151-bed, award-winning hospital in Huntersville, NC, in the Lake Norman area. Just 12 miles from uptown Charlotte, with easy access to the lake, shopping, and outdoor recreation.

Baylor Schedule: Full-time Baylor weekday model: In-house Mon–Fri, 2:30–7:00 PM, plus on-call from home 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Paid for 40 hours.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia 
• Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) 
• RN and CRNA licensure in North Carolina (or compact state) 
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (per policy) 
• Strong decision-making and clinical judgment 
• Ability to adapt across different specialties and patient populations 
• New grads welcome - orientation and preceptorship provided
• Must have extensive knowledge of current anesthetic agents, techniques, drugs and equipment
• Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify the anesthetic plan of care suitable to patient age
• Must have considerable ability to make independent decisions, sometimes under stress, and to maintain a professional demeanor with patients, coworkers and physicians

• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care to pediatrics through geriatric populations 

• Administer anesthetics for a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures 

• Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and recovery 

• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams 

• Adjust anesthetic plans as needed based on changing patient status 

• Practice independently within full CRNA scope of privileges 
• Float between sites based on staffing needs and patient volume
