Number of cases: Varies daily across 6 ORs
Ages: All ages adults and healthy pediatrics
Additional information: OB required; medically directed model; 2 MDs and 6 CRNAs daily; fast credentialing with temp privileges in 2 weeks; flexible per diem scheduling; weekend and holiday call optional
