This full-time locums opportunity in Clare, MI offers an independent practice model, multiple schedule options, and the ability to choose traditional full-time coverage or a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation.

Coverage begins December 7, 2026 and is expected to continue until a permanent provider is hired.

Keep your skills active with a diverse anesthesia mix including general anesthesia, MAC, regional anesthesia, scopes/GI, laparoscopic abdominal procedures, ophthalmology/cataracts, podiatry, orthopedics, occasional vascular cases, TEEs, cardioversions, IV access and airway support.

Regional blocks are optional, and support is available if you'd like to refresh your block skills.

The position is approximately 80-90% outpatient and 10-20% inpatient.

• No OB Call
• Weeknight Call Until 11:00 PM
• Weekend Call: 7:00 AM-11:00 PM
• 1-Hour Response Time
• Call Rotation Approximately 1:3
• Approximately 1-2 Holidays Per Year

CRNAs choosing the 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation should expect one weekend of call coverage between their two weeks on-site.

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - CRNA
• Active Michigan License
• BLS, ACLS and PALS
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Able to provide case logs demonstrating CRNA services for at least 75 patients within the past 12 months
• Comfortable with the required case mix and call responsibilities

4x10s. 5x8s. Or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Independent practice. Long-term coverage.
