Case Types<\/b>: General, OB, Ortho, Endo, and healthy peds ENT/Dental. No Neuro or cardiac.

Credentialing Timeframe<\/b>: 30 - 45 days
<\/div><\/div>
Special Requirements<\/b>: Must be willing to take call and work independently at times. Regional Block experience preferred.

EMR<\/b>: Meditech and Paper
<\/div><\/div>
Supervision Model: <\/b>Supervision/Independent - MDA on site most days
<\/div><\/div>
Job Summary: <\/b>
<\/div>Located in the heart of the Ozark Mountains. Strong in orthopedics, general
surgery and GYN. A fair number of general ENT and dental cases are
performed as well. Delivers approximately 500 babies annually and
approximately 6000 surgical cases annually. A level 1 nursery and a level
3 trauma facility.

Requirements<\/h3><\/div>
â Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on
Certification and Re -Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Minimum of 1 years of experience as
a CRNA, with proficiency in OB, Peds and Regional Blocks.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
<\/div>
<\/div>
â BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required.
<\/div>
