About the Clinician's WorkdayThe CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during 10 or 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:30 managing general surgery, orthopedic, obstetric, and pediatric cases. The clinician will work across 4 facilities utilizing Epic charting systems across 22 anesthesia rooms under MD supervision with a 1:4 ratio. The position operates under medical supervision where MDs also perform cases with no overtime expected and requires Virginia licensure for urgent coverage needs.
