The facility operates under a physician supervision model and seeks locum tenens CRNA coverage to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department. The clinical environment supports a diverse and high-acuity surgical case mix.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts at an operating room facility in Delaware, on a full-time schedule of 5x8-hour shifts per week. The surgical case mix includes cardiac, thoracic, general surgery, orthopedic, OB, GYN, ENT, urology, endoscopy, neuro, vascular, plastics, pediatrics, and podiatry procedures. Clinicians alongside CRNAs participate in every cardiovascular case as part of the care team. Call coverage is required, and board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
