Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts with call coverage at an operating room facility in Indiana, operating under a fully autonomous practice model. The surgical case mix is broad, and clinicians will manage general anesthesia cases with support from a collaborative anesthesia team. Call providers receive a post-call day off, supporting a predictable weekly workflow and balanced scheduling. Board certification is required for all clinicians in this role.
