This government-owned acute care community hospital serves as the primary referral and inpatient facility for a large, remote region of Southeast Alaska. The facility provides comprehensive surgical services with established anesthesia protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery. The hospital maintains modern capabilities while serving patients requiring diverse surgical specialties across multiple operating room facilities. About the Facility Location

In Southeastern Alaska, visitors can embark on breathtaking adventures such as glacier trekking in Juneau, whale watching in Sitka, or kayaking through the majestic Inside Passage. About the Clinician‘s Workday

The CRNA will provide comprehensive anesthesia services during Monday through Friday shifts from 7AM to 5PM working 5x10 hour schedules. The clinician will manage diverse surgical cases including pediatric dental, orthopedic, OB/GYN, general surgery, robotics, and endoscopic procedures along with trauma cases and crash C-sections. The position excludes complex surgeries outside of trauma including cardiac, transplant, and neurosurgical procedures. The clinician will utilize Meditech EMR system and work autonomously with negotiable call requirements.
