Visitors may explore wildlife destinations such as Safari Zoological Park, Sunset Zoo, and Maxwell Wildlife Preserve, as well as historical and cultural sites including Boot Hill Museum, the Museum of World Treasures, and Watkins Museum of History. Natural sites such as Kanopolis Lake and the Strataca salt mine, alongside unique landmarks like Truckhenge and the OZ Museum, provide additional options for exploration throughout the state. The region hosts year-round events spanning arts, culture, and athletics. About the Clinician‘s Workday Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at an operating room facility in Kansas. Call coverage consists of OR-only beeper call every other night and one weekend per two-week rotation, with a 30-minute response time required; weekend call runs Saturday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM. The surgical case mix is broad within a CRNA-only practice model, offering a predictable schedule with full travel coverage. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians in this role.
