Responsibilities
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia evaluations and consultations with patients
Administer various forms of anesthesia and monitor patients' vital signs throughout the surgical procedure
Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the surgical team
Manage anesthesia-related emergencies and complications efficiently and effectively
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and anesthesia standards
Educate patients and their families about the anesthesia process and address any concerns or questions
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices in anesthesia care
Requirements
Valid CRNA certification and state licensure in Pennsylvania
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA preferred
Strong understanding of anesthesia techniques and patient monitoring
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism
