The CRNA Program Clinical Coordinator is responsible for managing graduate student clinical and residency experiences while providing administrative support to the program director and faculty. This role ensures the seamless operation of the CRNA program by managing complex clinical placements, maintaining academic and clinical records, processing CRNA-program-related departmental budgets, and coordinating program schedules. The successful candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, apply advanced critical thinking, and handle confidential and sensitive student and personnel information.

Required Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and computer platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google/G-Suite, and Zoom

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working in academic settings, specifically with CRNA or nursing graduate programs
  • Clinical coordination experience
  • Experience with event planning, coordination, and managing CRNA program-related departmental budgets using budgeting software
