Job/Assignment Details: Need 2 CRNAs Mon-Fri ongoing for 8 or 12 hour shifts

Reason for Coverage:  CRNAs will be providing services for general cases only

Setting: (inpatient/outpatient/mix)  inpatient

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Length of assignment & Minimum Shifts Required Per Month: 8 or 12 hour shifts

Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Board certification required: (Yes/No).  Yes

Staffing Model:  6MDs  24.1 CRNAs  2FT Administrator (PT/FT)   

Will CRNA’s be supervised/directed or independent practice:  independent

Supervision required: (Yes/No)

There are only 4 MDs on site daily. (2 MOR and 2 Cardiac) The cases are primarily completed by the CRNAs. If there is an anesthesia residency the CRNAs stated they will not provide as much time with us.  They like their autonomous practice. We are reassuring them this will not completely change the practice dynamic.
