Compensation:
Base salary: $310,000 guaranteed (W2, hospital-employed, 40 hrs/week)
Total compensation potential: $310K$600K+
Signing bonus/student support: $100K, structured over 15 years
PTO: 368 hours annually (8 weeks vacation/CME plus paid holidays)
CME & board certification allowance: $4K annually
Overtime callback rate: $225/hour
Vacation payout up to 80 hours at hourly rate

No call, no weekends, no holidays

Diverse case mix: ENT, endoscopy, general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cataracts, pediatrics, podiatry, and ophthalmology

Requirements:
CRNA certification
Skills in peripheral nerve blocks, pediatrics, and IV regional blocks
No experience needed!
