This is a dual role position for CRNP that provides primary care services that include assessing and managing pediatric and adult patients and Medication Assisted Treatment of adult patients in the Conyngham Primary Health Care Center setting. You will follow established standards and practices of the primary health care center (PHCC). The nurse practitioner must honor the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Nurse Practitioner guidelines and ethical commitment. All communication to include privacy and security of patient protected health information must always be exercised.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Demonstrate expertise in relevant medical practices, protocol, trends, and best practices in clinical areas assigned
Ability to manage responsibilities and emergency situations successfully
Proficiency in use of computers, software, and office equipment
Must show high organizational and time management skills
Experience preferred with Sublocade, Vivitrol and other Buprenorphine medication

Qualifications:
Licensed by the State of Pennsylvania by the State of Pennsylvania as both a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
Valid DEA
Must also be licensed by the State of PA for a CRNP Prescriptive Authority
Must have completed an accredited Board-approved master’s or post-master's degree nurse practitioner program or other Board approved program that awarded an advanced degree or course of study considered by the Board to be equivalent to that required for certification in PA at the time the course was completed.
