Crop Harvest & Pack‑Out Associate

Where: Medina

Compensation: $16–$18/hour (DOE)

Hours: Mon–Fri, choose either 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Your mission

Help move fresh product from field to finished package—safely, efficiently, and to exacting standards.

You’ll focus on

• Harvesting using approved techniques to protect quality and maximize yield
• Packaging to spec—accurate weights, consistent quality checks, and straight, correctly placed labels
• Following all SOPs and food safety rules
• Meeting daily production and output goals
• Keeping work areas clean and organized at all times
• Supporting transplanting, system cleaning, and overall farm sanitation
• Using cleaning equipment: motorized floor scrubbers, brooms, and mops
• Handling other tasks as assigned

What makes you a great fit

• Experience in harvesting or packaging is a plus, not a must
• Clear communicator with supervisors and teammates

Physical realities

• On your feet for long stretches
• Frequent bending, lifting, and movement across production areas
• Lift and move 25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Routine cleaning using standard supplies

• Wet/humid conditions and nearby moving machinery
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals
• Moderate–loud noise
• PPE required
• Warm conditions during peak seasons
