Do you enjoy meeting new people, staying busy, and creating great experiences for guests? We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Host / To-Go Specialist to join our Red Robin Gresham team!


This is a cross-trained position where you’ll help take care of guests both inside the restaurant and through our To-Go business. Whether you’re welcoming a family at the front door or making sure a To-Go order is accurate and ready on time, you’ll play an important role in creating a memorable Red Robin experience.


What You’ll Do


As a Host:

• Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  
  
• Manage the waitlist and accurately quote wait times
  
  
• Seat guests efficiently while supporting proper server rotation
  
  
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions
  
  
• Communicate with servers, managers, and other team members to keep the restaurant flowing
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and entrance
  
  
• Thank guests and invite them back as they leave
  
  

As a To-Go Specialist:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to To-Go guests
  
  
• Take and process phone and online orders accurately
  
  
• Verify orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation
  
  
• Package food and beverages correctly before they leave the restaurant
  
  
• Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant team to keep orders moving
  
  
• Process payments accurately
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked To-Go area
  
  
• Communicate clearly with guests regarding their orders
