You climb into a Crown high-reach truck, thread through narrow aisles with confidence, scan each pick, and keep the warehouse humming safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a Crown reach truck to load, unload, and relocate materials throughout the warehouse.
• Use scanners to track items and maintain precise, real-time inventory records.
• Conduct routine pre- and post-operation inspections and light preventative maintenance to keep equipment safe and ready.
• Apply safety rules and best practices at every turn to protect yourself and your teammates.
• Coordinate with coworkers to streamline movement and minimize bottlenecks.
• Help stage, organize, and maintain warehouse areas for fast, easy access to product.
• Immediately report equipment issues or safety hazards to your supervisor.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience with a Crown reach truck or comparable equipment (preferred).
• Forklift operator certification is a plus.
• Sharp attention to detail and an unwavering safety mindset.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, solutions-first attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle the physical aspects of the role.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
