Sales Associate, Reservations
Full-Time/Onsite Orlando area, Florida
ABOUT THE ROLE
A well-established travel brand is expanding its sales team. As a Reservations Sales Advisor, you will handle inbound calls from customers who are ready to explore their options for premium cruise and land vacation packages. Your job is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, and guide them toward a booking they will be excited about.
Travel industry experience is not required. Full training is provided. What cannot be trained is genuine curiosity about people and a competitive desire to close. If those come naturally to you, the rest is learnable.
DAY TO DAY
Take inbound sales calls and build real rapport with prospective customers from the first hello
Understand each customer's wishlist and match them with the right vacation package
Provide accurate, timely quotes and walk customers through their options confidently
Pivot gracefully when a first suggestion does not fit and find a solution that does
Hit performance targets across conversion rate, average margin, data capture, and call handling
Complete booking administration accurately and without errors
Contribute positively to a team environment that moves fast and values collaboration
Follow FTC guidelines, applicable state Seller of Travel regulations, and data protection requirements
Schedule rotates every two weeks between a Monday–Friday afternoon/evening shift and a daytime shift that includes weekends with two weekdays off
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in a sales role; a call center background is helpful but not required
A competitive, self-motivated attitude with a track record of hitting goals
Strong listening and interpersonal skills that put customers at ease
Organized and accurate under pressure with great attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rotating basis
Comfortable with standard business software including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Second language ability is a welcome bonus
