We are looking for a Cruise Planning Specialist to help clients research, plan, and book cruise vacations and resort experiences. This role involves assisting clients with selecting cruise itineraries, accommodations, all-inclusive resorts, transportation, excursions, and other vacation activities. The Cruise Planning Specialist provides recommendations, coordinates reservations, and supports clients throughout the travel planning process.
Responsibilities:
Research and plan cruise and resort options for clients
Book cruises, hotels, resorts, transportation, and vacation packages
Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and needs
Provide cruise, resort, and destination recommendations
Research excursions, activities, and additional travel experiences
Manage reservations and assist with travel changes when needed
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to research and organize travel details
Basic computer and internet skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Self-motivated and able to work remotely
