Cruise Sales Representative (US)

ID90 Travel is looking for passionate individuals enthusiastic about cruises. The Cruise Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting guests using our online booking engine as well as booking guests through our Agent portal. The individual will respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and chat sessions, for new and existing bookings. The Cruise Sales Representative should have in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations as well as an energetic disposition.

This position is based in Southlake, TX (DFW area). It is an hourly position that is mainly commission based where you can earn an average annual salary between $55,000 to $100,00 depending on your bookings!

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer inbound cruise sales & service calls, with the ability to close a sale
• Make outbound follow-up calls
• Required to make payments to suppliers
• Educate and effectively communicate consumers on ID90 products

Minimum Requirements

• Required to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Ability to multi-task (phone, email, chat) is a must
• Ability to demonstrate sales and customer service skills
• Knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations
• Ability to upsell additional products to new and existing customers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to navigate through multiple sites/software applications
• Understanding of major Cruise Line Travel Agent portals is a plus
• Previous travel industry experience (cruise sales) preferred
• Meet and exceed monthly sales & service standards
• A self-starter
• Excellent interpersonal skills
