Cruise Specialist – Remote

Do you have expertise in cruise bookings and love helping clients plan amazing ocean vacations? We're looking for a Cruise Specialist to lead our cruise travel division and drive bookings for an expanding market segment.

In this role, you'll leverage your deep cruise knowledge to consult clients, coordinate complex multi-day itineraries, and maximize commission opportunities. You'll work with major cruise lines, manage group bookings, and become the go-to expert for cruise travel.

What You'll Do:

• Consult with cruise clients to match destinations, cabin types, and budget requirements
• Book and manage complex cruise itineraries, group bookings, and cabin upgrades
• Maintain relationships with cruise line vendors and negotiate best rates
• Design compelling cruise packages and travel proposals
• Manage pre- and post-cruise logistics (flights, transfers, shore excursions)
• Lead cruise-focused initiatives and mentor junior team members

What We're Looking For:

• Knowledge of major cruise lines
• Understanding of cabin categories, itinerary options, and pricing
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex bookings simultaneously
• Passion for cruise travel and proven track record of client satisfaction
