In this role, you will work with clients to create personalized cruise experiences, from itinerary planning to final booking, while delivering top-notch customer service every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with researching, planning, and booking cruise vacations.
Provide expert recommendations on destinations, cruise lines, ships, and excursions.
Customize itineraries to match client preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
Manage bookings, payments, and travel documents with accuracy.
Stay up to date on cruise industry news, promotions, and offerings.
Deliver exceptional customer support before, during, and after travel.
Qualifications:
Passion for travel and strong knowledge of cruise vacations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required).
