This position qualifies for a $5,000 hiring bonus. This bonus will be paid in two equal installments. The first installment of $2,500 will be paid after you have completed 90 days of employment. The final $2,500 installment will be disbursed upon successful completion of the probationary period.
About This Role: The role of Bilingual Therapist II (Clinical Services Caseworker) is central to the treatment work within the CBHP team. The Therapist II delivers evidence-based interventions in case management, group and individual settings to address a broad range of challenges, including substance use histories, serious mental illness, and the impacts of trauma, poverty, and social stressors. As a Therapist II, you will carry a caseload of 30-40 clients who deserve excellent treatment services. The Therapist II collaborates on behalf of the client with community partners, law enforcement agencies, medical providers, and social service agencies to support improved outcomes. The successful candidate will have access to complimentary onsite licensure supervision, professional development opportunities, enthusiastic colleagues, and a full benefits package. The incumbent will be assigned a caseload of Spanish and English-language dominant individuals. You will need to communicate as needed with supervisors and participate in weekly supervision meetings as well as team and staff meetings.

Work Schedule: FLSA Exempt, Hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some flexibility.
Starting Salary Range: $76,069.50 - $104,676.00
