We are seeking a seasoned C++ engineer to help establish and lead a new development initiative in the Americas supporting our Delta One business. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship, while driving the integration of multiple trading and connectivity use cases into a greenfield platform. This is a high-visibility, front-office engineering role with direct engagement alongside the Delta One desk, offering the opportunity to contribute to one of the region’s few C++-focused, low-latency platform builds.

Minimum Salary: $170,000
Maximum Salary: $230,000
