Machine Operator – Grand Prairie, TX 75050
Regal Staffing Services is hiring Machine Operators for a company that manufactures nicotine pouch products.
Work Schedule:
- Shift C (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM): Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday
Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to manufacture nicotine pouch products.
- Set up machines, make adjustments, and perform changeovers and cleaning as needed.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow safety procedures, GMP guidelines, and company policies.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or quality issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or packaging experience preferred.
- Ability to operate and adjust production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
