This position is being offered through ADD STAFF, Inc, a locally owned staffing and recruiting company in Colorado Springs, CO.
Accounting Duties:
- Invoicing - submitting monthly/daily invoicing in several different online systems and emails to the government entities
- Assisting customers with questions on their leases/accounts
- Communicating with customers on past due invoices/collections
- Data entry
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned
Equipment Leasing Duties:
- Organize and execute logistics for leased equipment liquidation/relocation
- Coordinate end of lease decisions with vendors and government entities
- Document all transactions and correspondence accurately and completely
Required:
- Customer Service Skills
- Excellent with Written and Verbal Communication
- Efficient in Excel - Intermediate/Advanced Level

- Willingness/Ability to Learn New Computer Systems
