Our client is under contract with the State Department of Health and Human Services to provide Provider Screening and Enrollment services for Nebraska Medicaid and Long Term Care (MLTC).
Training: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Regular Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Hybrid Work Schedule: Employees are required to work in the Lincoln office Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as additional days when needed for training, meetings, or other business activities.

The CSR I, Client Support supports the Nebraska Medicaid Provider Screening and Enrollment program by reviewing provider enrollment applications, assisting healthcare providers with questions and enrollment status, researching and verifying provider information, and ensuring required documentation is complete and accurate.
This position requires strong call center and customer service experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Review and screen provider enrollment applications for Nebraska Medicaid.
Research, verify, and document provider information using secure external web services and the provider screening and enrollment system.
Provide excellent customer service by managing provider calls, gathering information, answering questions, and escalating issues when appropriate.
Communicate with providers regarding the status of their enrollment applications in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Notify providers of incorrect, incomplete, or missing information and documentation.
Coordinate with Site Visit Field Staff to verify results from provider site visits.
Maintain current knowledge of Nebraska Medicaid Provider Screening and Enrollment policies, procedures, protocols, and applicable client requirements.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures for the position.
Consistently meet or exceed established production and Quality Assurance goals.
Escalate issues or concerns to management promptly to support compliance with contractual requirements.
Cross-train to provide backup support to other Customer Service Specialists.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
Minimum 2 years of call center experience required.
Strong customer service experience, preferably within a provider services environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Ability to meet established productivity and quality standards.
Associate degree from an accredited college or university.
Previous healthcare, Medicaid, provider enrollment, or provider services experience.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
