Boone Restoration is looking for a high-impact CSR / Bookkeeper to support customer service, job intake, and daily financial operations. This role is critical to keeping our business running smoothly and our projects on track. We are looking for someone who is humble, driven, and ready for the challenge of growth in 2026!
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Perform job intake and create new jobs in Job Tracking Software
Accurately enter and manage data across platforms
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Support payroll and basic bookkeeping functions
Maintain organized records and documentation
Communicate with internal teams to ensure job accuracy
Assist with administrative tasks and office support
Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with QuickBooks (Desktop/Online)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
