What you'll do:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
Navigate multiple software applications simultaneously using dual monitors.
Enter and maintain accurate data while following established processes.
Support day-to-day administrative operations and contribute to an efficient workflow.
Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all tasks.
What you'll need:
A minimum of 1 year of call center experience
Must type at least 30 wpm, there will be a typing test
High School diploma or GED
Able to undergo and maintain a background check
Able to pass a drug screen
