Location: East Hartford, CT (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Long-Term Contract (40 hours/week)
Pay: $19.94/hour, paid weekly

Looking for an opportunity to build your administrative and customer service experience with a well-established organization? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers while keeping operations running smoothly.

What you'll do:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.

  • Navigate multiple software applications simultaneously using dual monitors.

  • Enter and maintain accurate data while following established processes.

  • Support day-to-day administrative operations and contribute to an efficient workflow.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all tasks.

What you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of call center experience

  • Must type at least 30 wpm, there will be a typing test

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Able to undergo and maintain a background check

  • Able to pass a drug screen

** If you do not have any call center experience, but do have a completed degree, the client will consider you.
