Job Title:       Customer Service Representative
Job Duration:     12 months contract
Location       East Syracuse, NY, 13057
Pay Range     $19.50/hour on W2
 
Job Description: 
Provide product registration support to distributors, dealers, and homeowners through phone, email, and Salesforce cases. 
Process and verify product model and serial number registrations to ensure accurate system records. 
Assist customers with online product registration by providing website navigation guidance and troubleshooting support. 
Update customers and distribution partners regarding warranty coverage, registration status, and product information. 
Resolve registration issues, make corrections to customer records, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
 
Required Skills: 
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience handling customer inquiries and issue resolution. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and business partners. 
Excellent attention to detail when entering, reviewing, and validating product registration information. 
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 
Preferred Skills:
