Position: Team Member / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Age Requirement: 16+
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders in‑person and by phone
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system
- Handle cash, cards, and provide correct change
- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Assist with pizza making (limited tasks for minors)
- Help with cleaning, dishwashing, and lobby upkeep
- Support the team during busy shifts
