CSR / Dispatcher (Dispatcher-Heavy) – Full Time “Service with a smile, the Hippo style!”

Position Details
- Role: CSR / Dispatcher (majority dispatching)
- Schedule: Full-Time, 30–40 hours/week
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: In-office (not remote)
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound customer calls with friendliness and professionalism
- Book jobs accurately using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro
- Dispatch technicians based on skillset, schedule, location, and urgency
- Manage the tech capacity board daily
- Send appointment confirmations and follow-up messages
- Take payments and assist with invoicing
- Make outbound calls for memberships & maintenance reminders
- Follow up on open estimates and pending approvals
- Assist with customer recovery calls and review management
- Contribute to a smooth, organized office workflow
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching or CSR within the trades (plumbing or HVAC required)
- Experience using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone voice with a friendly, warm presence
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Must be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, patient, coachable, and a natural problem solver
