CSR / Dispatcher

Team Bob's has been providing heating, cooling, and plumbing services to Traverse City and surrounding area for over 35 years!
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented CSR /Service Dispatcher to join our team.

The CSR /Service Dispatcher is responsible for prioritizing and coordinating all Service Communication activities.
The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
Must be flexible, able to multi-task and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast paced environment.

Pay Range: Up To $19.00 per hour, depending on skill set Benefits

Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years answering incoming customer calls and dispatching experience
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized skill set
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 years hvac and/or plumbing dispatcher experience
• Knowledge of hvac and/or plumbing industry is recommended, but not required
• Advanced level knowledge of software technologies, such as iOS, Android and Windows OS.
