CSR - Flexible Schedule - Remote

We’re looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our remote team in a combined customer service and sales role.

In this position, you’ll connect with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, answer questions, explain available benefit options, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing support.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and working toward performance-based goals.

No previous industry experience is required. Training, mentorship, and licensing support are provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with clients through phone and Zoom appointments

• Learn about each client’s needs and recommend suitable options

• Explain available programs in a clear and professional manner

• Answer customer questions and provide ongoing assistance

• Help clients complete applications and enrollment

• Follow up with interested and existing clients

• Maintain accurate digital records

• Participate in virtual training and team development

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• A customer-focused and professional attitude

• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Able to work independently in a remote environment

• Comfortable learning new systems and processes

• Willing to complete required licensing

• Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
