Location: Fort Wayne, IN (Fully On site, must be located in greater Fort Wayne for consideration)
$31,200 - $34,320
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity with no nights or weekends.
What You’ll Do
Provide professional, friendly customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels
Respond to customer questions, resolve issues, and follow up as needed
Enter and maintain customer information accurately
Handle documentation and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
