Job Description

Customer Service Representative - (Medical Project)

We are seeking dedicated and tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to support a project with our client. This role requires individuals who are adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Location/ Pay Details

100% remote, candidate MUST live in Nevada, Texas, or Arizona

Training Details

  • Start Date: July 6, 2026
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Schedule

  • Candidates must be flexible to work within operating hours: Monday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with program inquiries
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
  • Navigate systems and tools efficiently to document and manage cases

Required Qualifications

  • Prior medical or healthcare-related experience preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends

Equipment Requirements (BYO Equipment)

Candidates must provide their own:

  • Computer or laptop
  • Keyboard and mouse
  • Webcam
  • Wired headset (no Bluetooth devices permitted)
  • High-speed, reliable internet connection

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
