Responsibilities
- Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to patients to schedule delivery and logistics for home delivery of medical equipment.
- Handle high quantity of outbound calls, with an ideal target of 150 calls per day.
- Leave messages as necessary and maintain a high volume of calls.
