CSR Seattle Transportation office

Bellair Charters/Airporter Shuttle is a fast-paced, growing company we are seeking career minded individuals to join our team of professionals. COMPENSATION:

• $21.30 per hour
• Sunday - Saturday starting at 3AM until 9AM
• Training Wage $19.00

SCHEDULE and LOCATION

• 503 S Royal Brougham Street Seattle, WA: Easily come to work using the Seattle Light Rail which is 1 block from the office.
• Mon - Tues - Weds - Thurs - Fri: 2:30PM - 11:30PM with a 30 minute lunch 

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Greeting customers who walk into the office
• Work as part of a team to grow and improve the business
• Assist with taking Greyhound reservations, taking care of any walk in customers.
• Janitorial in cleaning the restrooms and cleaning up the office 
• Making change for passengers 
• Selling tickets to walk in passengers
• Ensuring that the passengers are getting to their buses on time and are on the correct bus

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to details
• Professional attitude and attire at all times
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to handle information confidentially
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and upbeat personality
• Willing to work weekends

The company contributes 75% of all healthcare benefits after a 60-day probationary period for full-time employees who average 30 hours.
