Customer Service Representative III

REMOTE

Duration: 06+ Months

Pay rate: $23 - 25/Hr.

Duties

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Handles order entry, order status, product information inquiries, complaints, pricing, shipping, inventory requests, and related issues.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with external customers and internal company personnel by telephone and/or written correspondence.
• Manages worklists, including raising internal tickets to address issues and concerns related to order management, shipping/tracking, product inquiries, and pricing/invoicing.
• Manages the customer order process from entry through delivery.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution or
• High School Diploma with 6 years of Customer Service experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience.

Preferred Experience & Skills

In addition to the above requirements, the following experience and skills are considered a plus:

• Previous/current Healthcare Customer Service Experience.
• ERP system experience.
• Experience with cross-functional project leadership preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in cross-functional groups and with internal and external customers.
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems.
