Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to acquire superior diagnostic images for review by healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with radiologists and the care team to ensure precise diagnostics
  • Expertly position patients and calibrate imaging equipment to achieve optimal results
  • Strictly adhere to radiation safety protocols for both patients and staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation including imaging logs and equipment upkeep
  • Deliver compassionate care throughout the imaging process, ensuring patient comfort
  • Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment
Education and Certification Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is highly regarded
  • Graduation from an accredited radiology program is mandatory
Essential Certifications
  • ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) required
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment
