Key Responsibilities

• Employ radiographic and CT methodologies to produce top-quality diagnostic images for physician review
• Collaborate seamlessly with radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate precise diagnoses
• Ensure patient comfort by positioning them accurately and calibrating equipment for the best imaging results
• Uphold stringent radiation safety protocols for patients and team members alike
• Keep meticulous records, including imaging logs and maintenance schedules for equipment
• Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient imaging workspace

Education Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; a Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
• Graduation from a recognized radiology program

Essential Certifications

• ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
• Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards
• Excellent communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary teams
• Able to adapt swiftly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented approach with a deep sense of responsibility
• Proficient with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software
