Job Description Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Attorney to join its growing Connecticut practice group. This is a full-time position with the possibility of a FULLY REMOTE ORHYBRID SCHEDULE.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a caseload;
Drafting motions and status reports;
Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school;
Admitted to practice in Connecticut; New York admission is a plus;
1 plus year experience litigating insurance defense cases in Connecticut State courts, including handling depositions;
Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required.
Flexible work from home options available.
