Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Must have an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology (or an equivalent accredited program) and be eligible to practice as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Certifications Requirements: ARRT certification with CT (and competency for X-ray imaging); GA state Radiologic Technologist license; Current certification in accordance with facility policy.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist performing both CT and general radiography; Demonstrated ability to obtain quality images consistently across CT and X-ray examinations; Experience working in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Must be able to read both CT and X-rays; Open to a temp-to-perm arrangement; Housing not provided—candidates must arrange housing options prior to being shortlisted.

Job Responsibilities

- Execute CT and general X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders, radiation safety standards, and facility protocols.

- Prepare patients for CT and radiography exams, ensuring proper positioning, instructions, and comfort to support accurate image quality.

- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure timely, complete imaging for diagnostic interpretation.

- Maintain accurate documentation, patient records, and exam details in compliance with hospital workflow and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor image quality and perform appropriate adjustments or repeats to achieve diagnostic studies while minimizing radiation exposure.
