CT Scan Tech

Job Title: Travel CT Scan Tech
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12:00 PM 10:30 PM | 10 Hours/Day | 40.00 Hours/Week
Pay - $70/hr. - $75/hr. ($2800/week - $3000/week)

Note:

• Hours: Monday Thursday, 12:00 PM 10:30 PM.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Four (4) 10-hour shifts.
• Epic experience plus.
• Competency test required within 24 hours of submission, sent via candidate's email. Please ensure an up-to-date email is provided at the time of submission.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Two (2) years of CT Technologist experience.
• Perform CT procedures in a fast-paced Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center.
• Perform CT exams for trauma, emergency, outpatient, inpatient, intensive care, research, and CT-guided procedures.
• Create diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety.
• Practice and enforce radiation safety measures in accordance with New York State Department of Health Code Part 16.

Education:

• Graduate of an approved two-year AMA Radiologic Technology School.
• High school graduate.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• New York State Registration in Diagnostic Radiography or Limited Permit to practice in New York State.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registration.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider, CPR, or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer Certification.
