Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret CT scans with accuracy to support diagnoses.

• Ensure patient safety and comfort during CT procedures.

• Operate CT equipment, adjust protocols, and optimize imaging quality.

• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and regulatory compliance.

• Verify patient information, prepare requisitions, and manage imaging workflow.

• Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to ensure accurate reporting.

• Maintain detailed service pipelines and track performance against targets.

• Proactively pursue professional development and pursue advanced certifications.

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Participate in daily huddles and provide visibility on workload and results.

• Assist in equipment maintenance and report malfunctions promptly.

Experience/Qualifications

• Certified CT Technologist (ARRT) with 2+ years imaging experience

• Proficient in CT protocol optimization and dose optimization

• Radiation safety compliance and ALARA principles mastery

• Ability to interpret CT findings and communicate with radiologists

• On-site patient care focus with emphasis on comfort and safety

• KPIs and pipeline tracking for imaging throughput and quality

• Accurate patient data verification and requisition management

• Strong collaboration with clinicians and team mentoring

• Commitment to continuous professional development and certifications

• Troubleshooting equipment and reporting malfunctions promptly
