    Responsibilities

    You love what you do, now love where you do it

     

    As a CT Technologist 2 joining our Clovis campus, you will specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images assisting with diagnosing and treating patients. As part of the team associated with imaging, you will collaboratively work with multiple clinical departments across our system, including Radiologists and nursing staff, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of our patients.

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Graduate of an ARRT approved School of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine Technology required

    Experience

    • 2 years experience working as a Computed Tomography Technologist required

    Licenses and Certifications

    • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required

    • CRTFP - State of California Radiologic Tech Fluoroscopy Permit preferred

    One of the following is required:

    • CRT - State of California Certified Radiologic Technologist

    • CTNM - State of California Certified Tech Nuclear Medicine

    And one of the following is required:

    • ARRT(CT) - ARRT Computed Tomography

    • NMTCBCT - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Computed Tomography

Established from the roots of Inland Empire Community Health Center in Bloomington, CHSI has grown with community health centers in the counties of Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego. These centers have been developed in accordance with standards established for safety net providers by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA), the Public Health Service (PHS), and the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC).

    As such, services are offered to the neediest in each community - the un-insured and under-insured, the working poor, those with limited ability to pay, the homeless, and the indigent. Services are provided at discounted (sliding fee scale) rates for those who qualify based on gross annual income and family size.
